TRACK YOUR ORDER

Our parcels are sent with Aramex Couriers.  An email will be sent to you from us, once your order has been dispatched which will include your tracking information link.

If your order was sent with an Authority to Leave service, no signature is required.The Aramex courier will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place, if available. To check when and where your parcel was delivered, sign up to Receiving Mode (see below). You’ll be able to see photo proof of your deliveries.

If your order has been sent with a Signature service, you can view who has signed for your parcel. To access this information, sign up to Receiving Mode (see below).

For an enhanced tracking experience, you can sign up to Receiving Mode in aramexConnect. This allows you to monitor multiple orders in one place, access photo proof of your deliveries and more.

     Tip: Register with the same email address you used to place your order.
