DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM will begin processing straight away and will be dispatched the same day*. Orders that are received after 2 PM will begin processing straight away but cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM and over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day. 

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Upper North Island: 1-3 business days.

Auckland: 0 - 2 business days.

Central North Island: 1-2 business days.

 

Lower North Island: 1-3 business days.

 

Upper South Island: 2-3 business days.

Lower South Island: 2-4 business days. 

 

Rural / RD addresses often take extra time - depending on how far rural you are, please add an extra 1-4 days on top of the timeframes above.
