We ship all orders from our Auckland warehouse via Aramex. Freight starts from $11.99 and varies depending on the size and weight of your order. Add your item to cart and enter your delivery address at checkout to see your exact rate.

Freight Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout. It covers lost, damaged, or stolen parcels once the status has been confirmed by our freight partner.

We're unable to ship to Great Barrier Island, Chatham Islands, or Stewart Island via our standard checkout. If you're in one of these areas, contact us and we'll organise a freight quote.

Would not recommend signature required

Courier driver left package on front door step, did not knock on the door, did not request signature before leaving package. Very dissappinted

Hi Temihiroa, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the delivery didn't go as it should have. The driver leaving the parcel without requesting a signature is not the standard we expect. Our deliveries are handled by Aramex, and we've raised this with them directly. We hope you're loving the MG1 and we'd have really appreciated a review on the scooter too!

Courier failed delivery multiple times before leaving it without a signature so it was a pointless fee. It was on board with the courier for 5 days.
